If you desire to plead guilty and pay the fine without appearing in court, sign your copy of the citation and return with full payment to:

Payment must reach the court by the court date, or you must appear in court. Failure to appear or pay the fine will result in the suspension of your driver’s license.

o No Driver’s License/Expired Driver’s License- $224.50
o Failure to Dim Headlights-$159.50
o Failure to Yield Right of Way- $169.50
o Failure to Use Child Restraint- $159.50
o Improper/Expired Tag- $174.50
o Improper Equipment- $169.50
o Running Stop Sign- $169.50
o Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance/Registration- $169.50
o Drive Through Traffic Control Device-$169.50
o SPEEDING- $169.50
o SPEEDING (25 MPH over the Posted Limit) - $189.50
o Driving on a Suspended/Revoked License- MUST APPEAR IN COURT
o Reckless Driving- MUST APPEAR IN COURT
Please note: If you had insurance at the time of your citation but did not have it available, you can bring that proof to the court magistrate who can dismiss the charges.
*** A No Driver’s License/Expired Driver’s License citation can be dismissed on payment of State court costs once the license is renewed and presented to the court magistrate. The total will be $199.50.
****Driving school is available. If you wish to register, you must appear in court on your court date. Qualifications to register include a clean driving record for the last 2 years and have not exceeding the speed limit by 19 MPH. If you wish to register, you must appear in court on your court date. **
